Returns & Exchanges

1. Any product issue must be reported within 7x24 hours after the package is received, with an unboxing video as proof. Returns or refunds without an unboxing video cannot be processed, as it helps verify and simplify the process.
2. The product must be returned to us first. Once we receive it, we will send a replacement to the provided address. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, collective leave, or when the store is officially closed.)
3. Shipping costs will be covered by us and reimbursed via ShopeePay/OVO/GoPay/DANA/BCA Bank Account. If using J&T Express DFOD or COD, please inform us beforehand.
4. We recommend not using Sameday or Instant delivery for returns.
5. If the replacement is needed urgently, we can ship it immediately after receiving the return tracking number. (Excluding store closure days; shipments will resume once the store reopens.)
